We provide tools for innovation discovery, supplier matching, procurement intelligence, and secure business communication. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or partnerships.
You must register for an account to access most platform features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Different account types (Buyer, Supplier) have different features and capabilities. You must select the appropriate account type for your use case.
We may verify your identity and company information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
You may not: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malicious code or spam; (d) harass or harm other users; (e) manipulate or circumvent platform features; (f) scrape or harvest data without authorization.
Users must comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and similar international regulations when sharing information or engaging in transactions.
Maintain professional standards in all communications. Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
All content, features, and functionality of Seekral, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI algorithms, are owned by Seekral and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Seekral. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Seekral for your business purposes in accordance with these terms.
Seekral is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
Seekral facilitates connections but is not party to any transactions or agreements between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of user offerings or the ability of users to complete transactions.
AI-powered matches and recommendations are based on algorithmic analysis and should be verified independently. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability of matches.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seekral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
Certain features require paid subscriptions. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You agree to maintain valid payment information.
We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance of new fees.
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use Seekral ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Seekral operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Seekral shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of Seekral after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
